Published by the Native Law Centre from 1996-2015, Justice as Healing is a newsletter that deals with Aboriginal concepts of Justice founded upon Aboriginal knowledge and language and rooted in Aboriginal experiences and feelings of wrongs and indignation. While there is no one single theory of Aboriginal justice, the common theme remains the necessity of Aboriginal knowledge healing Aboriginal people.
In January 2015, Justice as Healing became a free digital newsletter in order to reach an even wider audience. All issues are now available through CanLII: Canadian Legal Information Institute.
