The First Nations Gazette provides public notice of First Nation laws, by-laws, land codes and other First Nation legislation. The First Nations Gazette – a register of First Nation laws – is published by the First Nations Tax Commission in conjunction with the Native Law Centre. In 2014, the First Nations Gazette transitioned to an exclusively electronic publication, consolidated monthly. While the Gazette is no longer being printed or distributed in hard copy format, it is available online with free access at www.fng.ca. The First Nations Gazette serves as the authoritative reference for First Nation laws in Canada.
